A brokerage that needed a stack, not a brochure site
Judge Realty is a boutique real estate brokerage at 345 Abercorn Street in Savannah, Georgia. Established in 2002, Judge represents over $600 million in residential transactions and operates across roughly 20 full-time agents covering the Historic and Victorian Districts, Ardsley Park, Southside, The Islands, Isle of Hope, Skidaway and The Landings, and Pooler.
Judge had market position, agent depth, and transaction history. What they did not have was a digital system that matched the brokerage. The existing site did not represent the agent roster or the three distinct lines of business. There was no centralized CRM tying lead capture to follow-up across Residential, Commercial, and Property Management. There was no funnel infrastructure for paid media to land into.
A real estate brokerage with three service lines and twenty agents needs more than a website. It needs a real estate operating system. We took on the website rebuild, IDX integration, the in-house CRM, three lead funnels, paid media, designed sales collateral, and ongoing optimization as one engagement. This is the fullest expression of the Digital1010 stack delivered in a single rollout.
Custom WordPress real estate platform
We designed and built a custom real estate theme on WordPress with five to six page tiers and a dedicated agent landing page template instanced 22 times across the agent roster. The build sits on a workflow that lets the brokerage edit, add, or adjust pages without engineering support. SSL, daily backups, and security hardening included from day one.
Four IDX Broker feeds integrated into the site: Featured listings, all 22 Agent feeds, Commercial inventory, and Residential inventory. Listings flow into the site in real time and route into the CRM with full attribution back to the agent and the source.
Hello Automations CRM with three pipelines
Hello Automations deployed with three dedicated sales pipelines: Residential, Commercial, and Property Management. Seller forms with image upload, Buyer forms, and Contact forms are all wired into the right pipeline. Round Robin agent assignment, master and team calendars for Admin and Agents, and trigger-based follow-ups across email and SMS. Mortgage calculator and daily interest rates integrated into the buyer experience.
Three lead funnels
Three dedicated lead funnels with corresponding landing pages, thank-you pages, and email sequences across Commercial, Residential, and Property Management. Funnel positioning anchored on the documented production line: $500M in real estate sales in 2021. Each funnel was built to stand alone and to be fed by paid media.
Google Ads and Facebook Ads program
We stood up Google Search, Performance Max, Local, and Competitor campaigns alongside Facebook cold traffic and remarketing. Tag Manager, Analytics, the Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, and CallRail enhanced call tracking with whisper response and full UTM development.
In the February 2022 reference month, the program produced 207,934 impressions, 2,392 clicks, a 1.15% CTR, $2,080 in spend, $0.87 average CPC, and 22 conversions at a $94.56 cost per conversion. Performance Max for Commercial Savannah produced 11 conversions at a $102 cost per lead. The Search Commercial Savannah campaign produced 11 conversions at a $74 cost per lead. The Brand ad group produced 6 conversions at a 27% conversion rate and an $8.45 cost per lead.
Sales collateral that ties the system together
We designed and produced the Judge Realty Home Seller's Guide 2022 as a sales collateral piece used in seller pitches and lead magnet drops. The guide reinforces the local market expertise and the technology platform across both digital and printed touchpoints.
YOAST SEO, Recapture V3, the Hello Automations CRM, Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Google Maps, Hotjar, Facebook Pixel, and Userway accessibility integrated into the platform under one operating standard. A Chat Bot deployed with Facebook Messenger integration.
What the brokerage actually got
A custom WordPress build, 22 agent pages, four IDX feeds, three CRM pipelines, three funnels, and a full paid media program live on one stack. Listings, leads, agents, calendars, and follow-up all live in one system with attribution flowing through it.
