No, you pay a monthly flat price for and can add additional tasks to your plan depending on your business needs. You are free to add additional tasks at a per task cost, upgrade or downgrade  plan any time.

Yes and No, we don’t want to give you the impression that this is too good to be true. We just offer monthly marketing, design, development and IT help whenever you need it, but we only start a new task when the old task is completed. You can prioritize your tasks based on the businesses needs or add as many additional tasks as needed to complete any project but each project will need to be approved by you in writing so our team can move on to the next task.  

Yes and No. You will have your personal account manager who stays in touch with you and makes sure that a qualified team member gets the job done. Every designer/developer has their specialty and that’s why it’s smarter to mix things up when it makes sense but, if you have started a project with one designer they will complete the project regardless of the number of tasks within that project.

Not really, depending on your plan you will have the ability to add additional tasks but we manage everything from one dashboard. So everyone who gets access to the dashboard can see the work of everybody else. You can give access to your team but probably not your clients if you are a freelancer. 

In your customer login area, you will find task request forms for any kind of task. After we received your request your account manager will add it to your project dashboard and assign timing to the task and then engage the necessary team members.

Yes, if your brand or business needs multiple tasks handled at one time or you need us on call for a set amount of hours every month; we will be there. Prior to getting started a contract for time will be sent over and once the terms are agreed by both parties our team will get started and we will track time or tasks according to the agreement. 

Our concierge plans give you unlimited access to a team of expert designers, developers, IT managers and marketers. Each concierge task requires a ticket and is processed one ticket at a time. Our managed marketing plans are 100% done for you meaning depending on your needs we will actively manage your accounts ensure your campaigns are optimized, content is written and manage your day to day social media process. At the end of every month you will receive a  report outlining how things went for the previous month. We will also outline what (if any) changes will be happening over the upcoming month.

No problem at all, just let your account manager know what you need and they will get the team working. There is a flat fee per each task (completed at the same time) and the cost will depend on the level of service your business needs. 

Yes, there is a maximum on the total number of task you can enter into the system. But you can always add additional tasks each month and the cost will depend on the level of service your business needs. In most cases (with the exception of a new site design) tasks are completed within 1-3 business days. Once you respond approved to a open task our team will move on to the next task. If we have questions regarding the new task your account manager we will reach out to you. 

We do our best to ensure we have a full understanding of what you like and what your brand guidelines are; that being said there are always times that you might not like something we present. No Worries – Just provide constructive, detailed feedback and our team will get working on the changes. You get as many check changes as you need to ensure everything looks perfect. 

Yes, You can change your plan at any time. Your account will be charged the difference and you will have access to your new task list until you change your plan again. You can make changes to your plan in your project dashboard or let your account manager know via email.
