We just offer monthly marketing, design, development and IT help whenever you need it, but we only start a new task when the old task is completed. You can prioritize your tasks based on the businesses needs or add as many additional tasks as needed to complete any project but each project will need to be approved by you in writing so our team can move on to the next task.
Yes and No. You will have your personal account manager who stays in touch with you and makes sure that a qualified team member gets the job done. Every designer/developer has their specialty and that’s why it’s smarter to mix things up when it makes sense but, if you have started a project with one designer they will complete the project regardless of the number of tasks within that project.
Not really, depending on your plan you will have the ability to add additional tasks but we manage everything from one dashboard. So everyone who gets access to the dashboard can see the work of everybody else. You can give access to your team but probably not your clients if you are a freelancer.
In your customer login area, you will find task request forms for any kind of task. After we received your request your account manager will add it to your project dashboard and assign timing to the task and then engage the necessary team members.
Yes, if your brand or business needs multiple tasks handled at one time or you need us on call for a set amount of hours every month; we will be there. Prior to getting started a contract for time will be sent over and once the terms are agreed by both parties our team will get started and we will track time or tasks according to the agreement.

Yes, there is a maximum on the total number of task you can enter into the system. But you can always add additional tasks each month and the cost will depend on the level of service your business needs. In most cases (with the exception of a new site design) tasks are completed within 1-3 business days. Once you respond approved to a open task our team will move on to the next task. If we have questions regarding the new task your account manager we will reach out to you.

Yes, You can change your plan at any time. Your account will be charged the difference and you will have access to your new task list until you change your plan again. You can make changes to your plan in your project dashboard or let your account manager know via email.
