How Do I Get Support Or Request A Change?

The fastest way to request an update or start a new project is to send your account manager an email outlining the your overall needs. They will respond within 24 hours with a schedule or questions regarding your request.

How Much Do You Charge?

Every clients needs are different so our fees are based on your specific needs. We never charge for things you don't need and we are on call when something does come up. If you need a managed plan or retainer work your account manager will outline the cost and fees based on your request.

What If I Want To Cancel?

You are more than welcome to cancel our agreement at any time unless otherwise noted. If the cancelation happens within the month and work has started or is on-going the fees are non-refundable.

How Many Changes Do I Get For Design Projects?

Unless otherwise agreed all projects will come with 2 rounds of check changes. In most cases things are done in the first round but we always provide a second if things are needed.
